**This field trip was so popular that we added a second date!**
Join us as we take a tour of Cartermere Farms and learn about organic farm practices and the importance of eating natural, honest and locally grown food. The children will collect eggs, see and hold baby chicks and learn about the sheep. Next, we will learn about soil health and taking care of the planet, harvest vegetables and plant their own vegetable to take home.
After the tour ends at 11:30, the owners have invited us to have a picnic lunch down by the lake. If parents would like to order any eggs, pastured poultry, grass-fed beef or seasonal vegetables they can place the order online by September 10 and pick up after the tour. Remember to bring a cooler to keep purchases cool on the drive home.

I have 3 kids that I registered. Do I need to register myself as well? There wasn’t an option for 4 tickets, only went up to 3.
Naakaki–I fixed it for you 🙂
Hi!!! Is the 3rd one full, also?? This would be great!
Hello! I did not realize this was going to fill up so fast! All 3 are full??! Any chance there will be a 4th? 🙂
All 3 dates were full, but if someone would like to volunteer to coordinate a date for the spring, that would be great! Just let me know 🙂
