Get off to the right start this semester and join fellow homeschool moms at our Frisco HIS Spring Kick Off! Prepare to be encouraged, informed and refueled for the last leg of the school year! We will worship together, laugh together, get the latest info on field trips and activities and be blessed by the wisdom of one of our own seasoned homeschool moms, Allison Welch. Allison is on the homestretch of raising and schooling 3 boys. She is a former President of Frisco HIS and currently serves on the board of our Drama Club. She teaches several courses at Hope Prep, including the subject of Worldview, which she will speak to us about and the importance of including it in our own homeschooling as well as tips for putting it into practice. There may even be a few fun surprises, like a sneak peak at the Drama Club performance and a door prize or two. Do not miss this opportunity to fellowship and refuel for the year. You work hard mommas, you deserve it!

Hello ladies!
I’m new to the group.
Is this a moms only meeting?
I was wondering the same thing. My husband and daughter both have upward basketball practice on Thursday. I’d like to come but I would have to bring my 5 year old, but don’t want to if it is for moms only. Thanks!
It is geared for the moms, yes. See below.
This meeting is generally for the moms, however if you do not have child care, we do not want that to keep you from being able to come. If your kiddo has something quiet to keep them entertained, it should be fine! Just please note that you are bringing them when you RSVP. Thanks and hope to see you there!
So bummed will not be able to attend. Any chance Allison’s talk will be recorded and available on-line for those of us who cannot attend?

We will be moving all of the remainder of our Frisco HIS T-shirt inventory at the Kick Off Meeting! If you would like a shirt please bring a checkbook or cash. They will be $8 a piece and first come, first serve. Get them while they last!
